Return Policy

Telepak Industries will take back any standard stocked item that meets the following return criteria: 

1. The product is new, unused and in resalable condition.
2. It is returned in its original packaging including all materials and packaging it was sent in.
3. Product must include the original packing slip that states the reason for return and assigned RMA number.
4. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Any items on sale or deemed as specials are non-returnable, non-refundable, and sold as is.
